Found ‘The One’? I’ll prepare a written offer, which will outline the price you’re willing to pay, as well as other details and contingencies. Here, we organise the earnest money, the inspection, your home insurance and other contingencies. Just before closing, we’ll do a walk-through to make sure the house is handed over in the expected condition. These are all protective factors to safeguard you and make sure the sale closes in time and everything is to your satisfaction. I know this part can feel a little overwhelming, but I’m here to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

We’ll review the documents and I’ll make sure you understand all of the details. Once everyone is happy, we’ll sign on the dotted line and the title will be transferred into your name. This marks the beginning of your new life in your new home.
